I want to explore this topic from a poetic perspective, I have thought about trying to shot these way we produce so much waste and present it. This way the audience can make there own conclusions from it, rather than having someone tell them its wrong. I will try to do this by shooting waste disposal sites, fly tipped kitchen utilities, over flowing bins as well as other images. I also hope to contrast these to people repairing things for use again, like sewing up clothes, fixing electrical goods and other things.

What is my documentary about?
I am interested in doing my documentary about how much we waste as humans. Recently the human race has begun to waste more and more and fix things less and less. Now, if a kitchen utility breaks we will most likely replace it with a new one rather than try and breathe life back into the old one. Humans have also begun to waste more with the use of food packaging. As most food is now imported to the UK it must be put in packaging to keep it fresh, this is then flung onto a land fill site to be buried.
